DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed France will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.


WHAT SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.


CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

We accept without problem the exchanges. Contact us within 3 days after delivery and return items within 7 days. We do not accept cancellations and refunds. Buyers, non-professional individuals, benefit from a withdrawal period of seven days from the delivery of their order to return the product to Xclusive-online for exchange without penalty, except the cost of return.

The buyer has a period of seven days from receipt to return the product that does not suit him. The return costs will be at his expense. 
Returns are to be made in their original condition, complete and accompanied by a copy of the invoice. 
The right of return can not be exercised for items returned incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled by the buyer.
